Once you find what you are looking for on the shop you will be redirected to a page that has more information on the product.
On the cart specify the quantity of product and the variation such as colour(if applicable). If the product has a variation you must pick one.
You can then proceed to the checkout.
At checkout you’ll be required to provide your billing details and shipping details-if you are shipping to a different location.
You will also be required make payment(see instructions below).
A shipping charge is provided for shipping. Strictly choose the shipping option based on where the product should be shipped.
Enter MPesa transaction code then complete the payment
We accept, at the moment, payment only via MPesa. To complete payment proceed as follows:
1)Go to Mpesa menu on your phone.
2) Select Lipa na Mpesa.
3) Select PayBill option.
4) Enter Paybill number 4045055
5) Enter account number QALI BAGSÂ
6) Enter the correct amount.
7)Enter your Mpesa PIN and pay.
8)For all orders placed on the website for out of Nairobi, payments will be automatically initiated via Mpesa on the checkout page
Qali Bags has a professional delivery personnel for deliveries within Nairobi. For deliveries outside Nairobi we strictly use Fargo Courier. Air delivery option is available to Lamu, Malindi or Mombasa. We also deliver to Dar Es Salaam, Kampala and Kigali by bus courier. Rest assured your delivery will be professionally handled and in case of any issues we will call you to confirm these details.

Yes. All return must be within 3days with the original packaging and tags of the product
All placed orders within Nairobi region will reach you by the next day between 9am and 4pm.
Orders outside Nairobi will reach you on the second day after placing your order.
All deliveries coinciding with a Sunday shall be fulfilled on the next day i.e Monday.
We have vast experience in personalizing our bags with a personal touch. For selected bags we offer engraving options to the client. This can be a name, a paragraph, a quote , a bible verse, an emoji. Just be creative as you wish. This comes at an extra cost but will go a long way especially when used for gifting purposes.
